Account Registration

Withdrawal Conditions

• We require that deposited funds be wagered at least once before you request a withdrawal.
• If your wagering falls short of your deposit amount, we apply a commission of 10% (minimum 0.50 EUR) of your last deposit, or 15% where your balance was funded via bank card or bank transfer.
• We require a minimum monthly wagering of 20 EUR within the calendar month of your withdrawal request.
• We allow a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests to be held on your account at any time.
• Withdrawal limits are determined by your VIP level, with higher levels unlocking increased per-transaction, daily and monthly limits.

We process withdrawal requests between 6:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. Depending on your VIP level, we aim to work through requests within 72 business hours for Level 1, 48 business hours for Level 2, and 36 business hours for Levels 3 through 5, or 96 business hours after your previous withdrawal was paid. We process withdrawals back to the method you used to deposit wherever possible, and e-wallet and cryptocurrency payouts are typically the fastest, while card and bank transactions may take longer due to bank processing times.

Welcome Bonus and Promotions
